## About

Winter has lasted far too long. Ice creatures and storm clouds have hidden the sun, and little Nanuk sets off in a warm scarf to bring it back. Snow is your only tool. You throw it at creatures, turn them into snowballs and kick them across the screen.

The journey spans 30 floors across three worlds: Ice Cave, Storm Hill and Above the Clouds. Each floor fits on one screen, with a boss waiting on floors 10, 20 and 30. Play alone or with a second player on the same device. The game is free to play online in your browser, with no download or sign-up.

## How to play

1. Move with the arrow keys or A and D. Jump with Up, W or K.
2. Press Space or J to throw snow. Depending on the creature, three or four hits turn it into a snowball. The snow melts away if you leave it without another hit.
3. Use Space or J to kick a snowball. It rolls, bounces off walls and knocks out creatures in its path.
4. Stand on a rolling snowball to ride it. Knocking out several creatures with one snowball earns you a much higher score.
5. Collect hot tea for speed, mittens for stronger snow, a lantern for a longer throw and a sun charm for a short shield.
6. Press Down or S to drop through a platform, and Esc or P to pause. Phones have touch buttons; you can also use a gamepad.
7. Start with three lives and earn extra lives through your score. Keep moving: if you linger, a cold spirit comes looking for you.

## Tips

- Keep throwing at the same creature before the snow melts away.
- Kick snowballs toward groups to score more from a single roll.
- Watch the walls, because a rolling snowball bounces back.
- Ride a snowball to travel with it across the screen.
- Use the sun charm's short shield while it lasts.
- Avoid lingering on a floor once the "Hurry up!" warning appears.
